Features of the Babic Grill

The Babic Grill combines grilling and frying functionality and can also be used separately for each. Its exquisite design, easy assembly, and trendy style make it particularly popular in Europe and America. Perfect for outdoor outings or family gatherings, the Babic Grill brings both convenience and fun to any event.

Two Grilling Methods

- Direct Grilling: Simply place charcoal in the center of the grill and position your vegetables, meats, and other foods directly over it on the grill grate.

- Indirect Grilling: After lighting the charcoal, place it on either side of the charcoal rack. Position your food in the center of the grill grate, close the lid, and let it cook through gentle, smoky heat.

Easy Cleaning & Maintenance of the Babic BBQ Grill

General Maintenance

1. Always keep the grill clean and free from leftover food, grease, or charcoal residues.

2. Store the grill in a ventilated, dry location.

3. Apply a light layer of cooking oil to the grill grate to prevent rusting.

4. Avoid placing heavy items on the grill.

5. Always cover the grill when not in use.

Before Use

1. Clean the grill thoroughly and ensure all screws are tightened to avoid deformation during grilling.

2. Lightly coat the grill grate with cooking oil to prevent food from sticking, making it easier to clean afterward.

During Use

1. For charcoal grills, control the charcoal amount. Keep the charcoal area within 80% of the cooking area, and avoid exceeding the height of the grilling grate.

2. Do not overload the grill or the grate beyond their capacity, as this could damage the grill grate or cause it to collapse.

3. Never use liquid fire enhancers or sprays on the charcoal while grilling.

After Use

1. Let the fire extinguish naturally. Once the grill has cooled down, remove the charcoal and clean the grill and grilling grate with water and a cleaning brush.

2. Dry the grill thoroughly with a clean cloth.

3. Lightly coat the grill grate with cooking oil to prevent rust.

4. Store the grill in a dry, ventilated location and cover it for added protection.
